TOGU TTO; Providing education and consultancy services on legal, administrative, technical and budget issues to the application, realization and commercialization processes of the projects carried out or shared by the university employees, recording all national and international projects carried out within the university, training, promotion and awareness services for industrialists and entrepreneurs was established in order to provide consultancy services and coordinate related units on services such as benefiting from support programs, university-industry cooperation activities, project development and management, management of intellectual and industrial rights and licensing, incorporation and entrepreneurship.

Module 1. Education, promotion and awareness services: To provide education, promotion and awareness services in order to meet the industry-based research results with the industry, to introduce problems, practices and procedures from industry and real life, and to provide input to education and research.

Within the scope of supporting TOGU TTO's Training, Promotion and Awareness Services; There are information regarding scientific content projects, industry-oriented projects and services that are expected to contribute to the technological, economic, social and cultural development of the country, and information on technical, financial, administrative rules and processes for education.

TOGU TTO Module 1- Definitions of Education, Promotion and Awareness Services are as shown below.

Planning and organizing the activities organized to raise awareness, creating annual plans and making the necessary arrangements,

  • To coordinate the trainings to be received by TTO employees,
  • To promote all the activities of TTO using the web page, print and visual media and social media,
  • To actively participate in workshops, seminars and congresses in which the participants of the target group are / will take place and to organize such activities,
  • To organize technical trainings for the industry in line with the requests,
  • To organize technical trainings for institutions and organizations in line with the requests,
  • Organizing trainings for individuals, academics and researchers in line with the requests,
  • Training and awareness studies within the scope of TTO activities to be requested from other modules and / or different units.

Planning,
The planning process of the module;
  • Planning educational activities in accordance with the strategic plans of the university and ensuring the coordination of the units within the framework of this plan,
  • To plan and organize training activities for academicians, students and industrialists to increase their knowledge,
  • To ensure that these plans are announced in written and visual means,
  • The plan organized by the module commission is to carry out with the approval of the TTO Office board of directors.
Module 1- The units to support Education, Promotion and Awareness Services and the issues to be requested from the units are as follows;

Strategy Development Department:
  • After the acceptance of the projects, opening the bank account and making necessary notifications upon the application of the project manager,
  • Accounting transactions of the amounts entered into the project accounts and / or transferred to the project special accounts by the project partners, ensuring the reconciliation of the accounts with the bank accounting records as a result of the daily, monthly and annual checks of the accounts and giving information to the concerned,
  • Examining the payment documents of all expenditures made from the project budgets, keeping accounting records and making payments to the beneficiaries,
  • Taxes, social security premiums, etc. incurred from the project expenditures. Ensuring the transfer of deductions from payments from the related project accounts to the Strategy Development Department account and making necessary payments from this account to the relevant places,
  • Preparation of interim and final account reports requested by the project executives and making the necessary closing procedures for the projects reported to be finalized,
  • Preparing the appropriation tables related to the projects and sending them to the units and making payments to the concerned people,
  • Supporting project executives in filling the financial statements in preparation of project budget tables, budget follow-up on project basis and preparation of development reports,
  • Employees, scholarship students paid within the scope of the projects.

Personnel Department:
  • Assigning the academic staff working in the projects at home and abroad and performing service passport procedures.
  • Administrative and Financial Affairs Department:
  • Advance and offset transactions related to the projects,
  • Within the scope of the projects, purchasing and tender transactions of materials, devices and services related to domestic and international runners and sending their accruals for payments to companies and sending them to the Strategy Development Department,
  • Employment input declarations, insurance entries of the personnel employed within the scope of the projects,
  • Salary processes of the personnel working in the projects, entering and following the insurance premiums.

International Office Coordinator:
  • Reviewing the contracts in the execution of international joint projects, following the necessary administrative responsibilities in relation to the projects in force,
  • To investigate the affordability and support mechanisms of the activities and researcher exchanges to be carried out in international projects and to inform Module 1 about this subject.

Legal Consultancy:
  • Cooperation is the examination of Consortium Agreements, Industrial Contracts, Service and Project Contracts.
